Only what the features need: the audio/video of a call while it is live, chat text and attachments you send, lightweight diagnostics so engineers can fix crashes, optional safety reports if you block or report someone, and technical IDs bundled into those diagnostics so events can be tied together responsibly.
There is no sale of your personal or sensitive user data.
Calls need media in motion. Chat needs messages at rest or in transit depending on design. Diagnostics keep the build stable. Safety tools need the report you typed. IDs inside diagnostics help distinguish one broken install from another—not build shadow profiles for ads.
OfficeChic is an office-and-commute fashion inspiration app. Four runtime permissions can surface, each one bound to a specific feature you tap into:
android.permission.CAMERA — to capture an outfit photo for a New Look post or update your profile picture. Tap: New Look → Camera, or Profile → Edit avatar → Take photo.android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO — to record an optional voice note attached to an outfit capsule on the Edit tab. Tap: Edit tab → outfit capsule → mic icon.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES & READ_MEDIA_VIDEO on API 33+ (or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on older Android) — to choose outfit images from your gallery for posts or your avatar. Tap: Compose / Profile → “Choose from gallery.”WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on older Android) — to save Look Cards and exported images to your device gallery. Tap: Closet / Look Card → “Save as Look Card.”Revoke any of them in Android Settings → Apps → OfficeChic → Permissions. We do not treat these as always-on background wiretaps; deny them and the matching surface stops working in a predictable way.
Contracts say “no independent marketing.” Still no sale of personal data.
Yes—servers might sit elsewhere. Where EU/UK rules apply, we lean on tools like Standard Contractual Clauses. This app does not handle in-app purchases, so there is no payment-rail story here.
Call media is short-lived by design. Chat sticks around as long as the product needs it for delivery and safety review. Diagnostics roll in time windows. Safety tickets can last longer if an investigation needs them. Ask us and we will explain what is still there.
Depending on where you live: access, delete, fix mistakes, export, object, or restrict. Email official@luzhubusiness.com. Because there is no login, we might ask for harmless clues (time window, device model) so we do not erase the wrong person’s telemetry.
We try to answer substantively within about fifteen business days once we know the request is real.
California: you may have “know,” delete, correct, and opt-out rights under CCPA/CPRA. Put “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Virginia: VCDPA rights exist around sale, sharing, targeted ads, and certain profiling. Use subject lines “Virginia Sale Opt-Out,” “Virginia Targeted Advertising Opt-Out,” or “Virginia Profiling Inquiry.” We do not run targeted ads off this data and we do not sell it; the inbox is still there if you disagree with our classification.
Email official@luzhubusiness.com with subject “Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing Request” or “Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising.” Add your state and enough context to find the right logs. Same fifteen-business-day target unless a statute gives more time.
No. The experience is meant for adults 18+. You tap an age gate once; we do not run document KYC. If we learn someone under 18 slipped through, we delete what the law says we must.
It changes how we match requests. We cannot click “delete account.” We can still delete or anonymise categories when we can verify you. If a request is too vague, we might not be able to finish it—not because we ignore you, but because we refuse to guess wrong.
Sometimes. The date at the top moves when we edit materially. Big shifts may also show up inside the app next to Terms / Privacy Notice screens.
Android OS pieces, optional Google Play services modules, real-time media pipes, moderation APIs, and crash/analytics SDKs—each only as needed for what you just read.
